Return & Exchange Policy

Each OREYA piece is made to order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• The size received differs from the size selected when placing the order.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to submit a return or exchange request. Clear photos showing the condition of the item must be provided, and the item must remain in its original, unused condition.

All requests will be reviewed by the OREYA team to determine the appropriate resolution. If the request meets the conditions above, the item will be exchanged or its value refunded once the returned piece has been received and inspected.

Minor loose threads resulting from the sewing process are not considered a manufacturing defect. Please trim them carefully and avoid pulling them.
