ORDER POLICY

Each OREYA piece is made to order.

Please allow 7–15 business days for your order to be crafted, excluding Fridays and Saturdays. Shipping time is additional.

Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations can no longer be made. We kindly ask that you review your selected size and shipping details before placing your order.

You can follow your order status through our website. Once dispatched, tracking will be available through the shipping carrier.
