ORDER POLICY

Order & Fulfillment

Each OREYA piece is made to order.

Please allow 7–15 business days for your order to be crafted, excluding Fridays and Saturdays. Shipping time is additional.

Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations can no longer be made. We kindly ask that you review your selected size and shipping details before placing your order.

The store reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The required fabric is out of stock.
  • An incorrect product price is displayed.

In the event of a cancellation, the order status will be updated to “Cancelled,” and the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status through the shipping carrier.

If delivery cannot be completed due to failure to receive the shipment or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, and the shipment is returned to the store, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

A shipment returned to the store due to non-receipt does not constitute an order cancellation and is not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

As all OREYA pieces are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The size received differs from the size selected when placing the order.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos showing the issue. The item must remain in its original condition and must not have been worn or used.

All requests will be reviewed to determine the appropriate resolution. If the request meets the conditions above, the item will be exchanged or refunded once the returned piece has been received and inspected.

Important Notes

  • The fabric type is specified in the details of each product. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order. Personal preference regarding the fabric is not considered a valid reason for a return or exchange.

  • Colors may appear slightly lighter or darker in person due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Such variations are not considered a valid reason for a return or exchange.

  • Minor loose threads resulting from the sewing process are not considered a manufacturing defect. Please trim them carefully and avoid pulling them.
